MIPBlog caught up with Dougie Colon, presenter of That Puppet Game Show, in Cannes yesterday. Joining in on this — our first ever interview with a puppet! — was Katie Taylor, controller of entertainment & events at the BBC.
Dougie Colon, whose show is produced by the BBC and distributed by BBC Worldwide, has some Muppet genes, as he was created by the Jim Henson Company. He told us about his involvement in social media – “I’m always on the Tweeter system” — and, perhaps most importantly, what puppets eat!
