The new series is about “two idiots who get involved in a high-stakes criminal conspiracy; and much hilarity ensues,” says actor Mathew Baynton. The title, which should of course be “The Wrong Man”, serves to confirm it’s comedy, said costar Corden. Or as producer Jim Field Smith explains, the show “is a drama-action-thriller; it’s just that these two idiots are stuck in the middle of it.”
