It was by far the most forward-thinking MIP ever. Matt Mason (photo) encouraged us to “copy pirates“; Facebook’s Christian Hernandez told of how “People scream on Facebook every single week around the fact that Glee is coming on“; and mobile maven Tomi Ahonen said to stunned “broadcast/TV/media” execs present: “you guys have no idea” (about mobile).

Yet in the online sharing terms, it was the digital innovators in our Content 360 (crossplatform creativity) or CC Ventures (entertainment startups) competitions who stole the show, with 132 likes/retweets, making their awards report MIPBlog’s second most-shared post… ever!

Not forgetting the gripping MIPTV Digital sessions, with the “Transmedia Storytelling” panel taking top billing, closely followed by Gavin McGarry’s wrap session (featuring the MIPBlog team!) and a fascinating apps panel. Phew!

In short: read, watch and learn!

Liveblogs include full video + text highlights of each session. Posts are ranked in order of online popularity (most shared via social media):
